Our first stop is Switzerland, where we check in with Patricia Stroup, Global Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer with Nestle. From commodity shortages to efforts around sustainability, she talks about challenges facing the company – and how she’s helping find solutions. She also discusses dairy’s role in the success of the world’s largest food and beverage business.
Next, we take a trip to Ireland to talk with Colin Kelly, Managing Director of Trading and Member Relations at Ornua. He discusses the cooperative’s evolution as Ireland’s largest dairy exporter. He also sheds light on how Ornua is overcoming obstacles like Brexit and a worldwide container shortage.
